Step 3: Water Removal / Water Extraction
After the inspection and damage assessment step, the water extraction process begins ASAP. By performing a thorough water extraction we remove the majority of the water from your home or property, if needed our technicians will begin to remove any wet surfaces on walls, ceilings or floors to help reduce the drying time and help to prevent mold and secondary water damage. Baseboards are sometimes removed and any non salvageable drywall and non salvageable wet insulation is removed. We use powerful pumps and truck-mounted vacuum units to quickly remove hundreds or thousands of gallons of water from your property.
