It is the second time in the past year that I had to use SERVPRO of Sunrise's water damage mitigation and restoration services at two different properties. I had two different crews, and in both instances the crew was professional, courteous, empathetic, and did an excellent job. They explained the process, patiently answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after themselves. The second incident, during the Corona stay at home advisory, every member of the crew had on a face mask and wore fresh gloves before they entered my home. With-in 2 hours of my initial phone conversation with Mr. Daza, he had a full crew at the house. He was able to get everything back, actually better than it was prior to the flood within a week!
