Fire Board Up
The fire occurred in February 2017 in Davie, Florida.
The insurance adjuster called for a fire that was caused in the master bedroom of a townhouse. It was caused by a lighted cigarette thrown in the bathroom trash can and caught fire in the middle of the night on Valentine's Day.
We were called for the board up in order to secure the property that was vacant because of the flames and soot caused by the fire.
Very important that our homes are protected with Fire alarms and smokers should be very careful and should turn off cigarettes before throwing it anywhere.
