Water damage occurred January 2017. The damage was caused by an unknown source, but homeowner had a previous water damage several months ago.

Upon arrival to the property the homeowner stated that the damage occurred few days before, there was no standing water so the baseboards were removed in the affected area and set up equipment like dehumidifiers and air movers.

All affected materials were successfully dried and the equipment was removed after three days; monitoring and drying report showed that all was properly dried.

The Homeowner and his wife were very happy and satisfied with the services SERVPRO of Sunrise provided.
