Leak in A/C unit in January 2017
Water Damage occurred in January 2017, The damages were caused by a leak in the A/C unit. The homeowner stated that they just came back in town to find that her carpeting was wet in multiple rooms of the home. Upon arrival we took off baseboards in the affected areas and set up equipment.
With the adjusters approval we removed all carpeted areas that were affected along with the tackless strips. The whole area was sanitized multiple times and all affected areas were successfully dried.
The homeowner was satisfied with the services provided and signed a very nice COS.
