Residential of Commercial Water Damage?

In this neighboring offices in Sunrise, Florida, a contractor was working inside the commercial offices. The subcontractor moved the toilet and left the toilet feeder off and running. it caused major flooding in several offices that were being remodeled to get ready for a new business to move in. 

Water was so much water that it when thru to the neighboring office flooding a carpeted back office and meeting room.

SERVPRO of Sunrise techs went as soon as we were called and begun extracting water with a weight assisted extraction tool called Rover for the carpeted areas.

Then drying equipment was placed for about three days.
