Water Damage in a High Rise

This was a commercial water damage in a luxurious high rise in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We were called a Saturday morning in order to mitigate damages in this building which is a previous and preferred customer.

This water damage in Ft. Lauderdale, was done in February 2017. The damage was caused by a broken pipe on the Lobby and it subrogated to the Garage level.

Upon Arrival all of the affected areas were checked for moisture. All affected areas were extracted, baseboards were removed venting holes were drilled and equipment was set up. All affected materials were successfully dried.

Customer was very satisfied with the services provided.
