Water Damage in Sunrise, Fl

Water heater upstairs apartment burts, causing water to flow down through AC closet area and master closet light fixture, affecting both ceilings and connecting walls. The after picture, ones that we identify the source and type of water which determines the proper course of action we opened up a hole by AC to vent moisture from both ceilings out, set one air mover to wall after venting and one air mover to circulate air throughout AC closet, one dehumidifier sprayed antimicrobial to prevent secondary damage. Opened up hole in master closet and set up one air mover with tubing. Drying equipment controls temperature and humidity, minimizing secondary damage.
