Mold Remediation in a house in Weston, Florida

Mold Remediation took place in February 2017. 

Unknown reason for mold growth, There was visible mold in the A/C closet. SERVPRO of Sunrise was contacted by the Realtor selling the property.

Upon arrival we spoke to the homeowner and explained the process. Waited for A/C company to come and remove the unit. Set up containment in the affected area, cut damaged drywall and sealed all areas with special coating. All affected areas were Hepa vaccumed and Air Scrubbers used during the remediation. The Air Scrubber was left there to further clean the air.

Realtor and homeowner was very satisfied with the services provided. Stated that they would contact us should anything happen in the future.
