Mold in Lauderhill, Florida

Mold remediation job took place in January 2017 in a condo located in Lauderhill, Florida.

The Mold was caused by a slow leak behind the vanity in the master bathroom. After setting up containment in the affected area we were able to successfully remediate the affected areas. An Air Scrubber was left in the affected area for a couple of days and the bathroom was hepa vacuumed and wiped down.

The drywall was replaced and the homeowner will install a new vanity. They were very satisfied with how fast and clean SERVPRO of Sunrise worked and stated that they would not hesitate to recommend and refer us.
