Residential Water Damage

In Weston, Florida we had this residential water damage.

The cause of loss was a broken pipe. It affected different carpet areas like the guest bedroom and bathroom and hallway, tile floors, drywall and baseboards were also affected.  

The loss happened at noon time and the call was received early evening when the customer got home from work. 

The SERVPRO of Sunrise Team was on site during the next hour of receiving the call. Water was extracted from wet carpet and several machines were placed to dry the areas affected, like Dehumidifiers and Air Movers.
