Water Damage in a Condo Building

Commercial Water damage in a Condominium building in Lauderhill, Florida, Job was done in February 2017.

The damage was caused by an overflowing washing machine on the fifth floor and it subrogated to the first floor. Upon Arrival all of the affected areas were checked for moisture. All affected areas, like carpeting was extracted, baseboards were removed venting holes were drilled and equipment was set up. All affected materials were successfully dried, damaged drywall was either replaced or repaired.
